At Luna Beach Shop, we want you to love your beachwear as much as we do! If something isn’t quite right, our hassle-free returns policy makes it easy to exchange or return items (with a few exceptions for hygiene reasons).
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Proof of purchase is required
- Certain intimate items cannot be returned (see exceptions below)
Important Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Bikini Bottoms, Bikini Tops, Bikinis, and One Pieces unless they arrive defective or incorrect. Please try these items on over your own undergarments.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you’d like to return or exchange
- Wait for approval – We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Package your return – Include the original packing slip or order confirmation
- Ship it back – Send the package to our returns address (provided in your approval email)
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 5 business days), we’ll process your refund or exchange:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Credit card/PayPal refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution
- Exchanges will be shipped once we receive your return
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs.
Final Sale Items
Occasionally, we may mark items as “Final Sale.” These cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes associated with returns. We recommend marking the package as “Returned Goods” to potentially avoid fees.
